Korg TM-50 Tuner

When Korg introduced a digital metronome tuner to the world, the extremely high accuracy and superb features made it a favorite among musicians from every genre. The new Korg TM-50 is a digital metronome that combines the accuracy and advanced features of Korg's world-famous music products into a single, compact and easy-to-use unit.

The Korg TM series allows you to use the tuner and metronome simultaneously. Since this single unit is all you need for both pitch and rhythm training, it has become a favorite lesson tool for brass bands as well as many other types of musicians. The TM-50 is the latest model, featuring a two-level backlight that enhances the visibility of the LCD display. It uses a newly designed needle-style LCD for excellent response, and even greater tuning accuracy. In a first for this series, the entry-level model provides the Sound Back function that allows the speaker to generate the reference tone that's closest to the input sound, giving you a great way to develop and refine your sense of accurate pitch. Available in a choice of two colors, black or pearl white, the TM-50 is the perfect daily practice partner that will support your development as a performer.

Metronome/Tuner

The Korg TM-50 is the perfect size and has plenty of nice features. The only down side is the metronome's lack of volume.
Shoreline was great. Super fast and friendly!

Accurate tuner with lots of features, and metronome

This is a great little piece of equipment. Very handy to keep around and practice with since it has a metronome built in. I love that the metronome has a tap temp, which is super handy to tap a beat in and then make sure you're on beat the entire time. The Korg Beat Boy has a little drum machine built in as well, which is kind of cool. Personally, I find myself gravitating towards Snark tuners for their simplicity and the fact that I can tune with them in a loud room. I also use a TC Polytune 2 when I'm on stage. But if you want something simple with a metronome built it, this isn't a bad choice.
