I recently picked this up when I jumped into the world of pedal steel. A standard tuner just won't cut it and the Peterson name has been a long trusted one by many. The Emmons sweetened tuning for E9 pedal steel is worth the price alone. I haven't used it with guitar or mandolin yet but I'm eager to check out the sweetened mandolin tuning preset. This thing is super easy to use and when you register it with Peterson you get discounts on the accessories. (The bracket/swivel mount is perfect if you play pedal steel.)
