    • I strongly recommend using this form instead of regular email to contact our store, since regular email is increasingly subject to all sorts of electronic roadblocks. This recommendation holds even if you have corresponded with our store before.

    Please make sure your reply address is not a Hotmail, MSN, AOL, or Comcast address. For some reason, these services are particularly aggressive about spamfiltering and deleting our emails. If you give us a Hotmail or MSN or AOL or Comcast reply address, it is likely you will not see our reply in your Inbox, if at all. I don't recommend Earthlink, either. We get lots and lots of "I'm sorry for this automatic reply" emails from Earthlink's spamfiltering service. However, Gmail and Yahoo mail seem to be fine, as do most other smaller ISPs and webhosts.

* I know it's odd that our shop appears to shut down early in the afternoon. It's not that we're closed for business; rather, we just can't answer the phone after 2 pm. That's because at 2:00 (even earlier on Mondays) we begin downloading, processing, printing, packing, and shipping orders, and sending out shipment notifications. We've been doing things this way for over a decade, but lower order volume in the past gave us a little bit of leeway to answer the phone in between packing orders. However, given our current order volume (thousands of orders a month), this just isn't possible anymore, so I decided to make the situation clearer for the customers trying to call us.
