While most of our focus is on our top of the line cables from Zaolla, I realize that sometimes you just need an inexpensive cable. While I still long for the good old days of the remarkable Kordex Cables, I think these Planet Waves cables are rugged enough for heavy stage use, and good for just about anything you need to plug your instrument into.

Part of the reason I find myself offering Planet Waves cables again is the improvements they've made in the connectors. Neutrik is manufacturing them for D'Addario, and Planet Waves boasts that their new "GEOTIP" connection will plug firmly into any instrument, pedal, or amp. That remains to be seen, but I do appreciate the renewed commitment to stage-ready cables, and for $20-$30 or so, it's easy for me to recommend them. This recommendation is made even easier by the fact that these sound noticeably better than the last few incarnations of Planet Waves cables.

Solid Cable for the money

I purchased this cable so that I could mess around the house with amplifying my acoustic guitar. It appears to be solid and well made. I would not hesitate to purchase again based on my experience thus far. As always, John and the Shoreline team were fantastic to work with and they have become my go to source for my musical wants.

Fantastic Cables on a Budget

Great bang for the buck in straight to right angle cable.

I bought my first one of this new generation Planet Waves cable last week and really like it. I'll definitely be buying more of these...can't beat them for the price. Both the cable and the connectors are a step up from the previous cables that I bought at this price. Delivery time was super fast as always from Shoreline.

Solid!

I purchased a 15' straight-to-straight cable for use at home. The connectors are solid and the sound is good. The next time I need to buy some utility cables, these will be at the top of the list.
