In many ways, the engelmann MJ pictured here sounds just as you'd expect it to sound: full, rich and lively. It's just a bit brighter than the cedar version of this guitar, with great balance, Trevor's signature solid mids, and neatly balanced lows. I think this one accompanies singing just a bit better than the cedar version. All in all a great guitar, and a steal at our asking price.
