Planet Waves NS Pro Capo

The Planet Waves NS Capo Pro in black is made from aircraft grade aluminum for use on acoustic and electric 6 and 12 string guitars. The NS Capo Pro assures buzz-free in-tune performance at any fret. A patented micrometer adjustment mechanism allows the player to dial in the exact tension needed for clear ringing notes without excessive force in any position on the neck. This greatly reduces the need to retune your guitar during and after capo use. The sleek construction can withstand the toughest playing or touring schedule while adding very little additional weight or obstruction to the instrument. Planet Waves NS Pro Series capos are the result of an ongoing collaboration between famed product designer Ned Steinberger, Jim D'Addario and Planet Waves.

  • Designed for acoustic and electric guitars with radiused fretboards

Simple Design. Great value for the money.

Never a fan of clamp-on capos, we've tried a number of these adjustable type. One was too heavy. Another was....too clunky? Still another required cashing in an IRA to purchase. This little gem is VERY lightweight, solid and smooth AAAAND....CHEAP! It only loses one star for being a little slower to apply than the G7th (which we also have btw). But for the price, ya can't go wrong.

Nice Capo

Easy to attach & adjust to just the correct amount of tension without distorting the tuning. I have not tried a lot of capos but much preferred over non-adjustable type. Fits neck of my acoustics nicely.

Good Basic Capo

Good capo for the price.Works well. It is fairly light compared to other capos. If you are looking for a good value for a good price, this is it.

Good value

Good value for a capo. For some reason I wasn't as clean as a tone with this vs a Shubb. However, the one-handed operation is excellent.

They never leave good things the way they were

Between myself and others have owned 3 of these with no cimplants and thought I would be getting the same thing again. It is a small point, but they changed the nob to a skinnier one. Not a big deal, still works, just was better as first designed. Otherwise, i would have given five stars....
