OUR SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICIES
Since our inception over two decades ago, Shoreline Music has had the best shipping and return policies in the music business. It began with a simple concept. When we first started selling guitars online, no one else in the world was doing so. To give peace of mind to hesitant guitar buyers during those early years, we made a simple promise: We’ll ship it to you for free, and if you don’t like it, we’ll take it back. This was back in the day when Amazon was still charging for shipping every book, and it was 15 years before free shipping became the norm in the music business.
Today, our shipping promise remains the same: If you have a US ZIP code (this includes APO/FPO and US territories), we’ll ship your order for free. There are no exceptions. There is no end date. There are no weight or size restrictions. This is our normal, everyday shipping promise.
Our returns guarantee is also still intact after more than 20 years: No matter what you purchase new from us, we’ll take it back within 30 days. We’ll refund your full original purchase price, and we won’t charge any restocking fees (what are those things, anyway?).

Fire-Eye Red-Eye Twin and realize after getting it that you didn’t need a two-channel preamp after all, you can just return it through our mobile-friendly, automated
Return Portal. No questions asked, and not one thin dime out of your pocket. It’s that easy. Same goes for opened strings, custom guitars, you name it. No matter what you purchase new from us, you can return it painlessly within 30 days. That’s the best peace of mind in the music business.
A FEW DETAILS
• For international orders, we charge the actual shipping cost, minus 10% (just because we're nice guys). Our normal overseas shipping methods are USPS First Class International (<4 lbs), Priority International, and Express International. First Class is the least predictable—count on anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the destination country—but it's also the least expensive. Our shopping cart and checkout use a real-time postage calculator, so you can choose whichever speed fits your budget.
• International customers, please note that you'll be responsible for any import duties or taxes.
• Free returns only apply to domestic purchases. If you’re buying internationally, you may still return any new purchase within 30 days of receipt. We just can’t cover the shipping charges.
• Our full refund is for the full price of the whatever new product you purchased, even if that purchase originally included free shipping to you. However, if you paid extra for expedited shipping, we cannot refund those excess shipping costs.
