"Legacy Guitars" are those builders I've sold in the past but no longer keep in stock. I'm keeping them in place on the site because I still love the guitars and hope you will, too. Read more here.

The Renaissance RN6H is the perfect instrument if you're looking to start playing a little nylon guitar after many years on a regular steel-string guitar. That's because this guitar finds that middle ground between the wide, flat neck of a traditional classical guitar, and the narrower, radiused neck of a regular steel-string guitar. This means you don't have to stretch as much, and it's quite a bit easier to do barre chords as necessary.
This model is such a great fit for the steel-string player that it has outsold the regular RN6 3-to-1 here in our shop. The best part is, you still get the smooth, acoustic plugged-in tone of a Renaissance. I've played this hybrid model onstage, and I'm regularly asked by listeners how I get such amazing tone out of a classical. If you're looking for a nylon string stage guitar, look no further.
