"Legacy Guitars" are those builders I've sold in the past but no longer keep in stock. I'm keeping them in place on the site because I still love the guitars and hope you will, too. Read more here.

When John McQuarrie told me last year that he was designing a new guitar shape, I bought his first Auditorium model sight unseen. I mean, it was a Northwood, right? So, guaranteed to be awesome. That guitar turned out even better than anticipated. So, naturally, I knew I'd be ordering more.
Next in line is this sweet mahogany version of the same guitar. It boasts the ringy note clarity of John's other mahogany guitars, and, with a slightly smaller bout, it tightens the expansive bass of the Mini Jumbo just a bit. One unexpected feature of this particular guitar is an almost rosewood-y shimmer across the lows, mids, and highs. It's a good one.
